Refund policy

All sales are final

Blest Design does not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. Please review the product description, size, color, and order details before purchasing. This policy applies to artwork, prints, apparel, and other merchandise purchased through our online store.

Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or your order does not arrive, contact blestdesignllc@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please include photos where relevant so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law, including any refund required by law.

About our store

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Blest Design online store at blestdesign.co, operated by Blest Design LLC and hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our linked refund and privacy policies, subject to applicable law.

Orders and product information

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, sizes, colors, prices, and delivery information before ordering. Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Product colors may look different on different screens. Prices and availability may change for future orders; changes do not retroactively change an accepted order.

Payment and delivery

The checkout displays the order total and applicable shipping charges and taxes before payment. Refer to the product page and checkout for available delivery information. If there is a problem with payment, availability, or delivery, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order. If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment was collected, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. See our Refund policy for details and how to report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders. These terms do not limit remedies required by law.

Custom commissions and murals

Project-specific scope, pricing, scheduling, and other terms for custom commissions and murals are set out in the separate agreement or quote accepted for that project.

Artwork and website use

Buying an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless separately agreed in writing by the rights holder. Do not copy or commercially reproduce protected artwork or website content without permission. Do not use this site for unlawful activity, fraud, or interference with its operation.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store.

Updates and consumer rights

Updates to these terms apply to future use and purchases from the date they are posted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
